Q: I just ordered my parcel, when can I expect to receive it?
A: We do our best to ship items out within 2 days, after that you can expect to receive your package within 7-10 business days in the continental USA. Add 2-7 days for the rest of the globe to shipping times. We will send you out a tracking code as soon as we generate one with FEDEX or UPS so you will know exactly where your parcel is!
Q: Why we must charge the scooter immediately when in low battery and fully charge it before long time no using?
A: The battery has a UVP function, when the scooter has not been charged and has been in low battery for a long time, the UVP function will automatically open and can't be activated easily so please charge your Scooter!
Q: Where do I find by-law information?
A: Type into google "{you city or state} self balancing scooter bylaws" and that should give you a good start. If you are unable to find what you are looking for contact your local city hall and they should be able to help you out!
Q: What does this warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one moth from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser. hoverheart.com will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts are our discretion. Replacements may be different but functionally equivalent models.
Q:What does this warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance.
